13th October 2011 Chris & Wes Lets Do This on Sky 1 HD Michael was selected to take part in a new TV Show for the amazing Got To Dance 2010 Winners - Chris and Wes. Michael went along to East London Gymnastics Club to coach the guys a few Free Running Movements that maybe they could incorporate into their new routines. Look out for their New show called Chris & Wes Lets Do This airing on SKY1 in December. |

9th October 2011 O2 Arena Show Michael & 3RUN were on stage, live to 9,000+ people at the 02 arena for the World Skills Olympics award ceremony. The show was absolutely electric, with an incredible audience. That's one venue we will never tire of rocking! |

27th September 2011 ACE COMBAT: ASSAULT HORIZON VIDEO GAME Michael was specially selected to film and under-go a ruthless Army Assault Course for the brand new Video Game Trailer - Ace Combat: Assault Horizon. The trailer will be available all over the web including Youtube. The trailer is set to be released on 10th October. The filming went amazingly well and should really show what an incredible game its set to be. |

12th September 2011 REDKEN PERFORMANCE AT THE 02 ACADEMY Michael and 2 other 3RUN members, Cole and Fabio, were invited to perform an opening for the Redken Rock Tribe 2011 Show. The guys were given the true Matrix Style Theme to perform to with all the suits and swagg of Agent Smith from the film. The guys pulled off another amazing show with the crowd going wild. |
